Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

  • legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
  • who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in promotions or sweepstakes.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Each promotion will list its start date and end date ("Sweepstakes Period") on the promotion page.

All entries must be received before the promotion closing date.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the following methods:

A. Purchase Method

Participants may receive Sweepstakes entries when purchasing eligible merchandise from the Sponsor's website.

The number of entries awarded will be disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Purchases will not increase odds of winning compared to free entry methods.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase:

Handwrite your:

  • full name
  • mailing address
  • email address
  • phone number
  • name of the promotion

on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Limit one entry per envelope.

All mail-in entries must be postmarked before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Free entries will receive the same number of entries as the minimum purchase entry.

5. Entry Conditions

Entries must be submitted in accordance with these rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are:

  • incomplete
  • fraudulent
  • generated by automated systems
  • submitted in violation of these rules

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Prize Details

Each promotion will list:

  • prize description
  • approximate retail value (ARV)
  • number of winners

Prizes are:

  • non-transferable
  • not redeemable for cash unless specified
  • subject to availability

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing may be conducted by the Sponsor or an independent sweepstakes administrator.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via:

  • email
  • phone
  • or mail

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

If a prize exceeds $600, the winner may be required to submit a W-9 tax form and may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's:

  • name
  • likeness
  • city and state

for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if:

  • fraud
  • technical failures
  • or other factors

impair the integrity of the promotion.

13. Additional Prize Conditions

By accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize in question. The potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Administrator, within three (3) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (as a resident of the USA) in order to claim the prize.

Each Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize after it is awarded. If a Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential Winner, if a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within twenty-four (24) hours from the first notification attempt, if a potential Winner fails to return requisite document(s) within the specified time period, or if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected.

By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor's request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. The Winner also acknowledges that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.

14. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

  • the Sponsor
  • its affiliates
  • marketing partners
  • employees and agents

from any claims related to participation or prize acceptance.

15. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

16. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

This Sweepstakes is not in any manner sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the WSOP (World Series of Poker).

Scam Alert

Please protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Promotions, our Administrator, Sweeppea, will contact you via the phone number and/or the email address you provided to the Sponsor on your order/mail-in entry form. You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. Those are clear signs of Promotion scams. We do NOT use social media to contact the winner of the Promotion. Prize winnings over $600 must be reported to the IRS when filing your tax returns, and any federal or state income taxes would need to be paid by you directly to the IRS.
